Overview Our standard bladder accumulator is designed for energy storage, pulsation dampening, shock absorption in the hydraulic system, consisting of a molded rubber bladder inside a forged steel shell with a nitrogen gas valve on one end and a fluid port at the other. All of our bladder accumulators are ASME code stamped and interchangeable with major brands on the market. The bladders, anti-extrusion rings, O-rings and seals are all made in USA or Europe with the highest quality. They are widely used in hydraulic power units, blowout preventer (BOP) systems, surge suppressions, pump pulsation controls, etc. with the following major features:

Stainless steel shell is the best protection for water and chemical services. But it generally takes long lead time and is costly. Using protective coating and stainless steel components is an economical alternative way for water and chemical applications. Why Customers Like Our 2-piece Type Bladder Gas Stems?
Our standard bladder gas valve stem is 2-piece type with separate gas valve included in the bladder repair kit. This kind of design is easier and safer to use and replace and most of all, more durable and can save a lot of potential costs.
Bladder Failure?
Bladder failure can happen during applications. Besides the material quality issues, the most common reason is the improper installation and pre-charging procedures. Many customers do not read and follow the technical instructions at all.
